This blog started with my ♥ of fitness!
After working in the fitness industry (for 14 years) at a little place called T-Tapp I learned a thing or two from an impressive teacher. Teresa Tapp, creator of the T-Tapp Workout and author of Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes, created a unique exercise program. The T-Tapp program is cutting edge, exceptionally effective, rehabilitative and great for all ages and fitness levels.
T-Tapp has positively changed my way of life. I started using the T-Tapp workout shortly after getting hired, since for me it has always been important to believe in and stand behind what I do. Without much workout experience it was definitely a challenge but became fun and felt incredible. Really started loving fitness and soaked up every ounce of knowledge while working with such a strong network of support. My parents raised me to love healthy organic foods, and after T-Tapp I became a fitness lover too!
These days regular workouts include a T-Tapp fitness routine done at my apartment, yoga class with friends or solo in the park, hiking the Georgia mountains and walking Roxy pup around the neighborhood. Growing up, riding a bicycle was my absolute favorite thing to do. I'm excited about getting a bike this year so I can explore the city even more on trails like the Atlanta Beltline.
