Just Do It

I'm feeling inspired for fitness today! Started the 2013 T-Tapp 60-Day Challenge, did the Tempo 2 DVD (40-minutes workout), bought the Polar FT40 heart rate monitor pictured above and The Beauty Detox Solution book. I'm ready to roll!

My game plan is to do a 7-day bootcamp and exercise consistently for the next 60 days while also eating better (more veggies, less junk). I took "before" pictures and measurements today to join the Challenge. Looking forward to a healthier me!

Just do it!
