Do you ever notice that some foods you couldn't stand when you were younger are now very appealing and appetizing to you? Beets are one of those foods for me. Now I love to juice them, make red vel-beet cupcakes and eat them in salads. Beets hare high in antioxidants, and have anti-inflammatory and detoxification properties. SO good for you!
