That is the question! I miss having time to feed my blog. Life is busy right now, my time is scarce and the internet connection is unreliable. There are workouts to be done, amongst the laundry list of to-dos. I made a promise to myself to move my body and that's what I'm going to about 5 minutes.

I've been keeping up with the Fitness & Green Smoothie 6 Week Challenge hosted by T-Tapp and the Green Smoothie Queen. Fitting in a little exercise during my regular day here and there...and of course drinking my green smoothies. I even picked up some beautiful kale from the farmer's market last weekend. Living life trying to balance work and play.
