I almost ran out of the house without breakfast this morning in a rush to get on the road for my first day of work.  But I thought about what my options were and wasn't feeling it.  What did I do?  Made a green smoothie in less than 5 minutes and drank it on my commute!  Healthy and fabulous way to start my day.
Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/4 fresh cantaloupe
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1.5 Tbsp Chia Bia*
  • 1 cup Original Almond Breeze
Blend and enjoy!  The cantaloupe was SO refreshing.  LOVE this recipe.

*After a little bit the chia starts to thicken the smoothie, so it's best if you drink it somewhat quickly.
