Another delicious green smoothie this morning! Have you tried them yet? SO quick and easy to make, and green smoothies are super nourishing. This morning's breakfast was especially great tasting... my body is starting to crave green smoothies again. The little bit of Greek yogurt helps to keep me satisfied until lunch. (And if it doesn't I have raw walnuts and an organic apple to tide me over.)
I'm also aiming to eat a big salad or have a bowl of soup for lunch daily. So far so good!
